Professional night care that gives you and your family peace of mind, knowing someone reliable is there throughout the night to help if needed.
From fall prevention and toileting support to managing night-time confusion or post-hospital recovery, we're here when you need us most.
Available for waking or sleeping night support
Overnight care from Care2Victory supports people across Sittingbourne and Swale who need help, reassurance or supervision during the night. Many people worry about falls, getting to the toilet safely, taking medication or simply being alone overnight. Our night care removes these worries.
We offer two types of overnight support: waking night care for people who need regular assistance throughout the night, and sleeping night care where the carer sleeps in your home but is available to help if needed.
Night-time needs often differ from daytime care. Some people experience confusion, restlessness or anxiety at night (sometimes called sundowning). Others are at high risk of falls when getting up in the dark. Our CQC rated Good, trained night carers understand these unique challenges.

Overnight care supports both those who need night-time help and their exhausted family carers
Call us to discuss your overnight care needs. We'll ask about current night-time challenges, medical needs, routines and whether waking or sleeping night care would suit best.
We visit in the evening to see the bedroom layout, understand night-time routines, assess mobility and safety needs, and meet the person who'll receive care.
We create a detailed overnight care plan including: times, frequency of checks, toileting assistance schedule, medication times, emergency procedures and how to manage specific night-time issues.
Before care begins, we'll introduce your night carer. Many clients feel reassured meeting their carer during daytime first, then having them return that evening to start.
Your night carer arrives in the evening (usually 10pm-11pm). The first night includes a thorough handover from family, learning routines, and building familiarity.
Your night carer arrives each evening at the agreed time, provides overnight care, and leaves in the morning after handover. Regular reviews ensure care remains right for changing needs.
"Mum kept getting up in the night and falling. We were terrified. Since having Anna from Care2Victory as her night carer, Mum sleeps peacefully and if she does wake up, Anna helps her safely to the bathroom. I'm sleeping through the night for the first time in a year. Anna has literally been a lifesaver."

"After Dad's stroke, the hospital wanted him to go into residential care because we couldn't manage overnight. Care2Victory arranged sleeping night care within two days. The carer, Michael, stays overnight and helps Dad if he wakes. It's been three months now and Dad is so much more confident. We're avoiding residential care thanks to this support."
