Why Care2Victory Exists
Care2Victory was founded by an experienced registered nurse with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. After working in hospitals, nursing homes and community care, she saw the same problems again and again: care that was rushed, impersonal and focused on ticking boxes rather than truly understanding and supporting people.
She believed there was a better way. Care that started with relationships, not task lists. Care that treated people as individuals with unique needs, preferences and personalities. Care delivered by carers who genuinely enjoyed their work and had time to get to know the people they supported.
Care2Victory was established in Sittingbourne with a vision to provide the kind of care she would want for her own family – compassionate, professional, person-centred and delivered by people who truly care.
